Email Templates

Name​

The name for your Email template. It is not displayed to the user, so for your internal reference only.

Available languages​

The Email Template can be translated in different languages. The language that is ultimately presented to the user is determined by the language(s) of the Game as well as the customers' device language setting.

Main text (body)​

Here you can write the text that the customer will receive in their confirmation Email, after we successfully confirmed their payment with the payment provider. The email is sent as soon as we receive a confirmation by the payment provider.

Variables​

In the text you can use the following variables:

  • $ORDER Order Number
  • $NAME The Customer name (full name)
  • $CODE The Quick-Access Code (6 characters) that customers can enter to access the App.
  • $QR The QR based login code for App access as an alternative to the Quick-Access Code
  • $HOST The Host Quick-Access Code - can be used to access the Host environment
  • $PARTNER The name of the selling Partner
  • $GAME The name of the Game
